The first Angel
The first Angel dates from 1967 as a metaphor for the area of tension between the masculine and the feminine, from the consciousness that in the first place we are human beings. The concept of Angel remains a fascinating one, and recurs in other dimensions, including The Circle of Angels and the Angel Heart Chair, both of which date from the social period 1965-1970.
In 1999, the Anima Animus, was created: the Angel as sender and receiver in the area of tension between heaven and earth. In 2002 and 2008, the Angel becomes an ever-more shining metaphor for a newly awakening awareness of life, in which Human Being as creator becomes aware of the unique angel-energy manifesting within himself or herself. Angel as the inspiration behind the rediscovery of man as a spiritual being.The Angel calls for awareness of the metaphysical angel quality of Mankind.
This awareness, a Quantum leap in the metaphysical fields, is the inspirer of the rediscovery of the spiritual dimension of Creation. The Angel /Human, knower of the innermost Self, beyond all religions, radiant consciousness, poetry, happiness, silence, reflection, connecting, bringer of light. The image of Humanity, the Anima Animus, as Icon, as conceptual artwork, in which plants, humans, and cosmic awareness come together, is the grail of life, the bearer of Utopia, the inspiring force to awaken the best in humanity.
